UnixImageIO 1.3.2 & FreeType 2.4.8
After years of betas, libtiff finally made 4.0. UnixImageIO framework updated for this, and the latest libpng. Note: I've had libtiff betas in UIIO for a long time, so nothing radically new there.
Also updated the FreeType framework.
