GEOS 3.3.6 released. Bug fixes.
Note for Mapserver: I'm working on the new Mapserver 6.2 package. A bit slow while I figure out all the new stuff, especially a big change in the build system. Please be patient. One change coming: I'm switching to using the OS X system PHP instead of my own PHP package.
