A universal gpsbabel is included for use with the GPS Import plugin. QGIS should automatically find it.
Development Builds
None available at this time.
Dev builds of Qgis require the GDAL Complete 1.9 and GSL frameworks, and GRASS 6.4.2 (optional). Framework-based only. Builds will occur sporadically, as I have time and feel like it 
This is a build of the bleeding edge of Qgis, use at your own risk. It contains bug fixes and new features, but may (probably) have new bugs. New project file features may be incompatible with previous versions of Qgis. At this time, the qgis-mapserver component is not included.
Testing is encouraged. Report bugs to trac.osgeo.org/qgis/wiki or check the mailing lists.
