Mac OS X installers for QGIS.
Qgis requires the GDAL 1.6, PROJ, GEOS, SQLite3, GSL, and UnixImageIO frameworks (or more simply, GDAL Complete + GSL). These are included in the standalone packages. Python support uses the system Python (v2.5 on Leopard, v2.6 on Snow). (See the readme for Qgis 1.0 requirements.)
GRASS support requires a full GRASS 6.4 application (and any extra frameworks it needs). The standalone Qgis does not include GRASS support at all, you must use the standard Qgis package + frameworks + GRASS if you need GRASS features.
See the Qgis website for more information about Qgis.
A universal gpsbabel is included for use with the GPS Import plugin. Qgis should automatically find it.
Qgis 1.4 is a relatively stable release of the current development of Qgis. Don't be afraid to try it.
See the archives for older Tiger packages, though they won't be maintained.
Same requirements as release. Only Snow Leopard is supported, framework-based only. Builds will occur sporadically, as I have time and feel like it
This is a build of the bleeding edge of Qgis, use at your own risk. It contains bug fixes and new features, but may (probably) have new bugs. New project file features may be incompatible with previous versions of Qgis.
Testing is encouraged. Report bugs to trac.osgeo.org/qgis/wiki or check the mailing lists.
