  • 14 oz can coconut milk
  • 14 oz (wt) can condensed (sweetened) milk
  • 2 egg yolks (or equiv whole egg powder – couldn’t find yolk powder)
  • 1 c dark rum
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 28 Ounces Coconut Milk
  • 2 Cups Bacardi rum
  • 14 Ounces Condensed milk
  • 4 Egg yokes
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg

Add the coconut milk or cream, condensed milk, four egg yokes, rum and the cinnamon in the blender and blend well. Pour into a bottle and refrigerate well.
Serve in small cups and sprinkle top lightly with nutmeg.

  • 12oz evap milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 14oz cond milk
  • 14oz coconut milk
  • 1/2c bicardi rum 150°
  • 1/2c water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp vanilla

heat evap milk and egg yolks until thick. combine all and blend. chill. serve room temp.

  • 1/2 c rum
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla

blend all. chill. serve room temp.
