- 14 oz can coconut milk
- 14 oz (wt) can condensed (sweetened) milk
- 2 egg yolks (or equiv whole egg powder – couldn’t find yolk powder)
- 1 c dark rum
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

- 28 Ounces Coconut Milk
- 2 Cups Bacardi rum
- 14 Ounces Condensed milk
- 4 Egg yokes
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
Add the coconut milk or cream, condensed milk, four egg yokes, rum and the cinnamon in the blender and blend well. Pour into a bottle and refrigerate well.
Serve in small cups and sprinkle top lightly with nutmeg.

- 12oz evap milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 14oz cond milk
- 14oz coconut milk
- 1/2c bicardi rum 150°
- 1/2c water
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp vanilla
heat evap milk and egg yolks until thick. combine all and blend. chill. serve room temp.
